Baby Chick Guarantee:
1. We guarantee 100% live delivery. We include 4% extra for normal loss.
2. Examine chicks at time of delivery. If chicks arrive in poor condition notify us immediately. We do not guarantee that these chicks are free from any disease whose presence could not be reasonably determined at the time of sale.
3. Under no circumstances will we be liable for more then the original purchase price.
Sexing:
1. We guarantee 90% accuracy on all pullets.
2. Complaints must be received within 60 days (2 months) after hatching.
3. If you receive more then 10% cockerels we will adjust the error on the basis of the difference between the pullet and the cockerel price for the number of cockerels in excess of 10%.
Cancellations:
1. We require 7 working days notice on any reductions or cancellations of your orders.
2. We will make every possible effort to sell all or as many of your chicks as we can but, we reserve the right to ship all chicks we cannot sell by the day prior to hatch day of your order.
There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.
